Good water reservoir so goes for ages without having to refill. Very powerful does a thorough job on my rugs

None really, but If I had to say a bad point, it would be that when steaming with small attachments its incredibly noisy! But thats fair enough when you consider the power its using

The upholstery cover split on first use - although on phoning VAX had excellent service and two more were sent to me ; Hard floors do not dry as quickly as I had first hoped

Very good at cleaning, met my expectations. Cleaned my laminate flooring well, the detailed nozzles were very good at cleaning limescale and grease. Note that if you take you finger off the steam trigger and stop steam, the will be a water build up in...

The nozzles can be a bit fiddily, only supplied with one cloth for floor cleaning and the main handle is too big for my hands

very unhelpful vax customer service. sent me a faulty product but they refused to acknowledge it instead they blame me for their faulty product., unreliable, better buy other brands
