Excellent suction, we had hair on a carpet which was proving very difficult to remove, with a bit of effort it has all now been vacuumed up. The cleaner is easy to move about and is relatively quiet

The join on the telescopic arm needs to be better as it comes away when you're vacuuming

The accesories are cheap and not very sturdy a shame because this spoils what could be a truly great machine
