Bought this a while ago. It's easy to use and does what it says it does. Price wasn't bad either

works really well on the real oak floor and the ttiles, saves all that backache I used to get. Didn't leave any excessive residue on the floor. Didn't too well on the carpet but the wear and tare is quite old. A bit tricky to get the water tank off...

Mine has conked out this morning....have used this about 20 times, out of guarantee now :-( Never was happy with it. The micro cloths fell off with use.

One of the best things about this product is it's so light. Yet does a good jobQuite enjoy using it. And my floors look bright and clean for at least two weeks

bought this machine Jan.13 and the motor has gone just out of guarantee. Not happy
