The steamer functions very well, but it really does need a gauge to tell the user how much water is left in the tank.

Great product and does a good job, but:Basic requirement is the need for a water gauge.2 cloths should have been provided - one on the device and one in the wash.Retractable cable. A real nuisance without one. But can tolerate.All three of the above...

I am really pleased with purchase light so not heavy to carry when has water in. You have to spay away from the area you are cleaning before using as their is a build up of steam but then all good to go the carpets cleaned well and it has restored them...

I had high expectations for this machine... There is no water level indicator, You have to wait for the orange light to go out before you can use it - and then when you do, one blast and hot water spews out over the floor and the light goes orange...

Yep.. It steam cleans OK. There were reviews on the web that had concerns on the hose. I can confirm these concerns. The second time I used this the pipe that carries the steam (inside the hose) came off. If this happens the steam has no where to go...

easy to use have owned a steam cleaner before that was very expensive and this is just as good!coll

I have to say that I was initially disappointed that like all the other steam cleaners advertised it did not easily remove grubby marks from grout, or doors, etc. It was very good however on cleaning the loo, and excellent for cleaning behind...
