Very good on picking up dog hair, I have two Border Collie sheep dogs which are molting at present

Swivel action for going round corners not well balanced

Fantastic at picking up dog hair and dirt generally. Our carpets are now immeasurably cleaner than our old Dyson could manage and the job takes less than half of the time.

It is not good on loose rugs and tries to eat them. The machine is not the easiest thing in the world to manoeuvre. Not sure how robust it is - but nothing has broken yet!

Wire not strong if you catch it under the brush rollers it strips it so be careful

It does pick up nicely if you use the tube (hose attachment) and it will pick up loose dirt easily when hoovering normally. Looks great.

A nightmare to push as the 'steering technology' swings the hoover right and left and it's hard to go in a straight line. Quite heavy to push which most hoovers are new - not a big prob - UNLESS of course the hoover is swinging wildly right and left...

It is to heavy I don't like the way it swivels and I cannot do my rugs properly because the brushes stop working on the whole very disappointing vacuum not happy at all and I've always had a vax Hoover. If I could take it back and get my money back I...

Handle end uncomfortable to use. Extension hose does not stay clipped into bracket on side

Lightweight and easy to carry upstairs

Hard work to push this model around, no adjustable height for different carpet piles. Gives your shoulder a good workout!

Way too much uncontrollable suction, feels cheaply made, useless 'turbo head', useless on rugs, so much hassle to use the 'wand' unclipping pipes and joining pipes.
