Cleaner delivered was faulty and must have been old stock as on visiting a major store the same model of cleaner had been modified to overcome my problem, which was I was unable to remove the hose once it had been inserted.

Light and easy to use. I like the large capacity bag and it picks up very well, although the hose can be a little unwieldy.
