I bought this item based on its good reviews. It broke on the 2nd use: the head fell off because something inside it was broken

The only fault I could find is with the crevice tool. I don't like it connected to the little brush. apart from that a great little cleaner with plenty of suction.

I bought this to replace an absolutely useless Murphy Richards vacuum I had only had for about 6 months.

A really good little cleaner. Easy to use and manoeuvre. Good suction. Only minus point is that the lead could be longer so I could do the staircase without changing plugs!

As I am a pensioner I found it difficult to manage my upright vacuum anymore, so when I saw this product I thought it would be ideal for me and it has. I would recomend it to the elderly as it is light weight and easy to handle
