just recently brought this have always used morphy richards brand tried this one am not happy at all. no extending hose. foot tends to come off while hoovering poor quality.

It worked very well as soon as started to use the cleaner.

I bought this for my elderly mother who thinks it is a great sturdy hoover.

Seems well made and certainly picks up the dirt. The small head has a rotating brush in it, not sure what ir does but certainly entertains with a whizzing sound.

Easy to set up. Has strong suction and I love the fact that it has an eco bag so you do not have to keep replacing the dust bags.

I used the product one time and returned it the next day. It did not pick up anything from the floor and had NO suction.
