This washing machine is so quiet and we really like the electronic controls. We also think it is good value for money

Controllability of its features: we can always select the precise mix of features for a wash, and thus minimise wash time

Machine was delivered with an inlet valve that sounded like a squealy banshee and that we could hear 3 storeys up the house; once replaced it is now fine

I really like setting the "finish in timer", it's quiet, looks nice, I love the countdown timer, easy to change settings

its easy to pause the machine instead of start it, if you set a finish in timer, you cannot open the machine to put in or take out laundry

There is a switch in the detergent hopper which you are supposed to flip up if you're using gel - can't see how to operate it. Instructions and diagram not helpful

Does what it says on the tin

Very, very quiet. Easy to load with the large door. Washes very well and controls very easy and intuitive to use

Difficult to fault. Maybe could be nice to be able to do a 30 full load short wash but the cotton 30 super quick although over an hour does wash well
