Build for Lifetime If you are the service repairman

Body doesn't move as much when spinning. Delicate to clothes. Use less soap

Can't load too many clothes. Very sensitive machine. Service is too expensive.

Surprisingly poor given its cost and 'hype'

Washer- compact size, saves water, fits undercounter very well, clothes very dry after spin.

Washer- too noisy for kitchen area. Poor support from Asko tech. Dryer should be avoided.

It's ok, just

warrant the cost of buying a new motor, so it's a self fix, then the bin when it fails next. After owning one, Asko washing machines are not worth the premium price in my opinion, its not a 15-20 life machine if you need a new motor at 10 years, won't...

Disappointed in lifespan

This was a great washing machine - when it was working - but we have had a main bearing fail after only 9 years. We also has an inlet valve fail last year which cost $200 to repair. Rang ASKO Service who couldn't tell me how much it would cost to...

Ripped Off

went to The Good Guys to access replacement options - overheard a salesman telling a customer that "Asko are a long life machine, the best value on the market and had their own service people and fantastic customer service" – deceptive and misleading...

Fantastic Machine BUT >>>>

Like others, we NOW find that even a replacement detergent drawer is "not in stock". Admittedly it is apparently 10 years old but surely there should be some parts availability. As it is only the front of the drawer that has broken away, maybe we'll...
