Good washing machine, love the 20 minute refresh cycle. The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is because there is a big jump in cycle times from 20 minutes to well over an hour. A 45 minute wash cycle is sorely missed.

we have had this washing machine before & we have found that it lasted us the longest, it is eas to use,the times are ideal for us as we dont always want the full cycle & the spin on it leaves our clothes nearly dry

With an A* energy efficiency rating you should hopefully notice those electricity bills going down if you switch to this machine. The spin efficiency of the Indesit IWE81281K is B and many clothes are almost dry when they come out of the machine, so...
