Pedestals are really a must for a person of normal height or higher. Condo has 10 foot ceilings so more efficient use of space by raising the units. Drawers work well and washer and dryer are very stable and not noisy when operating on the pedestals

Bought this machine only a short time ago, broke down and found out it costs more to get it fixed than buy a new one. Please don't waste your money, I thought Whirlpool was a brand to be trusted unfortunately this machine was made on the cheap.
