have had this machine for almost 4 years and had nothing but trouble for the last 18 months, takes ages to actually get a button to work, gets to the rinse cycle and stops. is constantly unbalanced. Not surprised the company went out of business!

mine seems to take forever to was anything, is very harsh on cloths but they still come out with dirt or marks on them. would not get a unknown brand again- no matter how cheap.
