Never again!!!!!!

Could not get a rapairman {one of theirs} because not busy enough. Couldnt get part needed. couldnt even get them on the phone!

the quick cycle

seal traps water, only they can repair, no customer service, badly designed.

Bad

Saves water, Wash times too long, not very kind on clothes particularly towels. Don't know whether I will get a front loader next time I get a new washer not unless I can get improved performance from it.

It is easy to use and the manual is ok

It seems since I bought this that washing, towels in particular are getting harder and harder. I have tried fabric softener and it does not seem to make any difference. Also spots do not seem to come out and often need extra cleaning after they came...
