I purchased this unit two years ago to replace another unit from the same manufacturer. It was 20 years old and under constant use! For the price, performance, reliability and capacity, this is one heck of a deal.

Relatively small area required

If the washer or dryer needs to have any maintenance, you lose both a washer and dryer
