We have had an engineer out 7 times since it was purchased in Aug 2010. The module was replaced on first visit then the thermostats. heating element , fan on tumble drier, all the programmes reloaded and the overide switches on tumble drier reset 4...

For the most part performs exactly as expected. Very quiet and gives an excellent clean wash

Sometimes will revert to the default temperature setting when a different one has been set but possibly it needs more time to register change than I have allowed before pressing start
