great machine, 30 minute wash actually washes cothes properly. Its very quiet, looks fantastic and was easy to use right from the start. the best feature is the steam hygiene button. I now go round the house looking for washing

Havent come across any, if i had to nit pick i would have like a count down to show how long the program has left to run

Large drum means less loads therefore using less electricity and water. It is very quiet. Steam clean program is good for smelly clothing (i.e. teenagers). Overall a good buy for the size of drum

The quick wash only lets you spin on 800 it would have been nice to have the option from 1200. The water softener compartment holds water so I am constantly emptying that out
