had an older model for 6yrs. this one outdoes the other in every way. would definately reccommend Hotpoint

cannot fault it but it did get a bit of getting used to the different drying times

really love our new washer/dryer machine very easy to use and would recommend it to anyone

Everything, I love my new washing machine, I use it almost every day or at least every other day with no problem

I wish I had bought the extra guarantee at point of purchase

Many of the programme times are quite long but my last machine was hot and cold fill, so I run it overnight. It's so quiet I don't even hear it spinning

Great fresh smell on your clothes when tumble drying

Would have preferred the temperature knobs to be flush with the unit

I like the "time saver" option

It's quiet, excellent spin speed and I like the 8kg wash load feature

The dryer doesn't work as quickly or effectively as a regular tumble dryer but is still fine for my purposes and does get the job done eventually

large capacity for both the washer and dryer

Quality of washes lower than other machines, particularly when more than half the capacity is used ; the machine does not sound healthy or smooth
