Hotpoint WDF740

Too a little bit to get used to the wash programmes but now have the hang of it would be without it

I needed to save some space so I brought the Hotpoint WDF740. Great washer, had a convenient quick wash, but terrible dryer. Takes an eternity to dry anything and even then i've had to put my wet clothes through 2 drying cycles to get them dry.

Prompt delivery and this washing machine looks really sleek. Easy to use with lots of programs and digital display timer. It's a bit noisier than I expected but still much quieter than my last one.

If your parents stick to a brand its for a reason so when it came to buying my first Washer Dryer I followed in the footsteps of them and bought a Hotpoint.

i have no complaints with this washer dryer it washes clothes removing stains at 30 0c its quiet enough and dries well

Bought this machine in july 2009. Started having problems in December 2009. Had the engineer out at least 3 times and having to get him back again. Horrendous rattling noise when spinning and starting to dry despite having two major parts replaced....

I've had the machine now for a couple of weeks and I must say that I am very pleased with it, with a single exception:

Having had the Washer/Dryer delivered on 17th November we have had the engineer call twice to look at/change the soap dispenser draw. It still opens every time we use the machine and we are currently awaiting a further new part
