Easy to use ; Time saver option very useful

Personal preference really but would have liked a "mini load" feature! I assumed being the Ultima range it would have one but it doesn't

love the digital display that informs you exactly how long each programme lasts and the choice of washes is extensive with a time saver for each

Fast, quiet and an excellent range of cycles

Fabric softener part of the drawer is always full of water after a wash. This happened after the 2nd wash so it has nothing to do with build up

rattley softner drawer when spinning, no individual spin cycle, advertised as 8kg machine - no quick 30 minute wash other than 3kg (exchanged for a 7kg aquius+, it has features this machine does not )

detergent drawer difficult to remove for cleaning

Having to replace the old Hotpoint which had a spin motor failure, we searched and reviewed a number of Hotpoint machines over a few days. Deciding upon the 947G, it was delivered yesterday and is now in frequent use. We can't believe how quiet it is!...
