Excellent washing machine, does exactly what it's meant to

Awful customer service, don't expect to get anywhere fast. After a month of having no washing machine ( as a hotpoint engineer left it in worse condition than when he arrived) i got rid of the machine and bought a new 1 from a different company

The 15min cycle is very handy when you have smaller amounts to wash

we have found after having a 6kg. load size, this 7kg. capacity dries the washing far better so no need to tumble dry for so long. very pleased with this machine excellent product time will tell how good it is.

echo cycle very good

does not spin bulky towels very well but can use spin cycle to get drier
