I find Hotpoint to be a very reliable product

very quiet, easy to use

Wash cycle I usually put it on wash cycle 5 and use the time save which still shows as 1 hour 50 mins which is a long time but to be honest it finishes in 1 hour 20 so timer could be more accurate!

Easy to open door handle. Easy to use - no complicated buttons and instructions.

Some of the wash cycles are a bit long, but as you have the option of using the time saver feature on some wash cycles it isnt just as bad.

Very impressed with the washing machine, its so quiet, its nice that i can see how long the cycle is going to take and how many mintues to go when i need to get the washing out.

The only thing i found that one of the cycles i have used so far which was on a specials wash that when i went to get the washing out it was still dripping wet and would have taken a long time to dry on the washing line. I just had to put it on a spin...

this washing machine is the quietest machine i have ever had. I can hardly tell that it is on fantastic.
