Looks cool, is quiet, doesn't shake, washes well, leaves clothes much drier than last machine. Also don't waste your money on installation, its easy to do it yourself.

Some cycle times longer than previous machine

Softener will not go through at the correct time we have to pu the softener in part way through the cycle. We have followed all the instructions and trouble shooting points, nothing makes it work correctly
