Excellent performance, large capacity, steam enhances cleaning, fast spin cycle cuts drying time, quiet

Very poor customer service for repairs under warranty

Customer service is very frustrating. The staff use the stock phrase, "we'll return your call in 48 hours" but often don't resulting in another call to them. The service center authorized to do the warranty repair refused because LG had not paid...

Worked well for first 5 to 6 months, lots of combination choices for wash loads, usually very quiet, easy to clean

Noisy on spin at low RPM's while trying to auto balance a load, depenses bleach too soon into the washer causing spotting and damge to clothing/bedding, began to leak from underneath especailly when doing a heavy load such as towels, not easy to load or u
