very poor performance..clothes not soft and very very wrinkled

Door is designed poorly, holds water which creates mold and mildew.

Clean clothes without much hassle

None so far...just clean laundry.

Smells bad, vibration is annoying (especially for people downstairs).

Unreliable.

It broke without catching fire.

Service (and obviously quality) is pathetic.

Quiet, clothes are clean, user-friendly, stylish design

Burnt out the motor in a little over a year

Easy controls, child lock, minimal water and detergent usage, lots of extra cycle buttons.

Bleach and Softner cups needs to have more space. Price.
