Good machine but disgraceful after sales service

I have had washing machine W3845 and matching dryer for 6 years - washing machine only used about 4-5 times a week so not used that much. Miele have provided the most unprofessional after sales service. I would be nearing 30 plus service calls on both...

So many service calls, 30 plus service calls in 6 years.
