Problematic Machine - leaking at times and machine not tumbling clothes properly anymore!

Thought we got a good deal and expect this machine to last much longer but not sure anymore. Our initial problem was the water filled in the tumbler was meant for washing the clothes instead it leaks and flooded my floor. So, these days have to avoid...

Energy efficient, love the delay button and handwash and tells you when washing is done.

Conditioner tray either don't empty fully or its fills with water. The drainage hose is too close to the floor, leaving not much space for dish to collect the water.

So-so

It's okay I suppose. Have had this machine for about 3 years. Luckily got the 5 year warranty, as it's had a few problems. One problem where it wasn't draining - guy came out to fix it. Now have another problem where it just won't start. Waiting again...

It washes. It plays a cute little tune when it finishes.

Expensive for what it is, fills up softener section with water which has to be periodically emptied, leaves things ultra creased, few service errors and won't let me get my clothes out :o(

Have used this machine for years, and still as good as new. Love the delay start function. I set it to start in the morning while I still sleep and finishes in time when I wake up in the morning, so I can straight away hang the clothes outside. Save me...
