Great machine when it was working

Had this machine for maybe a year before it started to play up.... first the drive belt went.... fair enough, then we had another problem with the drum fixed the problem (expensive), then we had a problem with the pump not working correctly. Had to...

Easy to use, very water efficient, overall very good machine.

Samsung makes reliable products and this is not one.
