Worst customer service in the buisiness. I've been trying to work with them for months ; They keep telling me "3 to 5" days. It is now four months STILL NOT RESOLVED

This is our 2nd samsung wf328aar. We were sent another when they realized the first wasnt using enough water to clean the clothes. This one uses more water but the clothes still arent cleaned and even when they are promptly put in the dryer they still...

Best laundry ever

 

"This is the best laundry pair I have ever owned. I have them on my main foor with pedestals and they are very quiet."

Mounting the pedestal to the dryer is different than mounting to the washer. It's not as sturdy.

Love this Washer!

 

"My husband and I purchased the washer and electric dryer in July 2008. The washer cleans clothes exceptionally well and allows for huge loads. Using the Silver Care, I haven't had to use hot water yet! The dryer is great as well. We highly recommend...

"The Washer is the bestand a great price, Cleans clothes great even with cold water. The ion technology works very well. It was one of the best front loaders we looked at and has alot of features"
