This machine is the worst. I have had the repair person out so many times and it still walks all over the floor. They tell me it's the way I fill the load. That is NOT true. I have tried everything possible. I'll NEVER buy GE again.

I have had this machine for over 3 years and all of suddent it went bad. I paid service folks $99 but to my surprise they gave me a repair estimates over $1000. Why would I buy a machine which I have to replace in 3 years?

I agree with everyone on here -- machine has been nothing but trouble. Thinking of junking it rather than calling a repairman to fix the door boot. At a price of $162 for the part, I'm thinking it's time to cut my losses.

Just purchased this GE washer and every time I do a load of wash there is soapy water laying in the door seal. I have about 1/2 cup of water just laying there. I know this will eventually start to mold if I forget to wipe it out!!! Think I will return...
