Fast, reliable and afforable

Reliable, fast wash cycles, easy to use

No draining in the doors rubber so mould grows quickly if you don't dry it after use

Worst machine ever, terrible customer service, had nothing but problems since the day I purchased it

The machine put the socks through into the pump, cost $77 each time you wash to get them removed! Had nothing but problems with it, customer service staff rude and hang up on you!

9 years still going

Bought new from retravision. The timer went haywire just inside the warranty period. Naturally it was replaced promptly and for free. Just on nine years old now and the water pump died. Bought a new pump no prob. Annoying that you can't simply fill...
