My Time Saver Machine

I actually purchased my Cabrio Washing Machine at the Sears Outlet 9 months ago. It has a small dent at the bottom and I saved about 50% on it. I purchased it because of the large capacity, it hasa countdown on how much time is left on the cycle and...

ONE time I overloaded the tub and the clothes got tangled around the agitator

Whirlpool Cabrio Model WTW6400SWO Blew apart

Below is my letter of what happened.

At this point, I cannot recommend this product to anyone due to safety concerns

The Washer machine tipped upside down and the parts went flying across the room

Cabrio - JUNK!

Error codes, control panel replaced, sensors replaced, leaking water on floor.  Bought it in 2006 and luckily purchased extended warranty plan because the repair man is out here all the time.  Steer clear of this machine!

Looks good on the outside

error codes, leaks, junk

Big loads and no mold

My wife and I decided on a top loader over a front loader. We wanted to avoid the mold issue and the high price of the front loaders. The machine is great! It handles large loads and allows you to set the water level. (It won't be long before Big...

Large capacity. You control the water level. Uses regular detergent

Heavy loads use lots of water. (But we don't care.)

Whirlpool WTW6200S Top Load Washer

The agitator is poorly designed. The 'fins' at the bottom of the agitator are not solidly attached to the agitator unit but instead, are flexible and allowed to flap back and forth as the agitator cycles back and forth.

It has a lot of features and settings such as automatic water level sensing

Will frequently ruin clothing with straps or pull strings

Big disappointment

I bought this product thinking I was going to be really upgrading my previous mid priced heavy duty washer. Boy was I wrong. Within a the first week I experienced a flood of water all over the floor of my laundry room. Apparently although it is large...

It cleans wonderfully!

I have owned my washer for 11 weeks. I bought it because it holds a large load and Consumer Reports reviewed it favorably.

It cleans really well and can hold large items

Hot water wash is not available for all cycles. Possibility of expensive repairs

First machine destroyed itself on the fourth wash. The replacement machine is running great.

I bought this machine to replace a 6 year old Kenmore Elite Calypso whose extended warranty ran out but its problems did not. This machine was delivered on a Monday and we put it right to work. With a family of 5 including 3 children, 6 and younger,...

Large machine, easy to use. Service was good in getting a replacement

First machine self destructed in the first week. Initial product quality was awful

Excellent Washing Machine

I bought this machine from Lowes about 2 months ago, and I could not be happier.

Super large loads, excellent "whitest whites" cycle, easy to use

Lid should be unlocked for wash cycle; should be able to add additional wash time
