Cycle takes too long

Easy to use, excellent clean results, relatively quiet and very good value compared to other makes/models in the same bracket.

Most of the programmes are quite long, however, this is tempered by the fact that the eco cycles are very water & energy efficient.

Good make extra warranty was good value

The drum size and the spin

does not tell you how long the cycle takes or when it is finished

Washing comes out clean. Easy to use.

Causes severe water hammer in the supply piping. Old machine didn't do this, but the Zanussi causes a loud clunk somewhere behind the wall when it closes its internal valve when it's taken in enough water. Hope that it's just the newness of the machine...

This machine is easy to use. I really like the time delay, means I can put the wash in at night before I go to bed and the washing is finishing as I get up in the morning!
