I would love Zanussi to swap it for another model, its not intuitive at all, theres no real quick cycle, it feels plasticy and the door doesnt really close smoothly, think there may be problems with that in the future, the instruction manual is...

Bought this washer for the mother-in law. Great Machine no problems at all

Quiet machine, even on spin cycle

A little complicated at first to set all features available on cycles but fine after a while

easy to use and very quiet,also clothes are very clean and soft,and machine looks good

Manufacturer misleading when they put a button on the machine which says super fast wash, when in fact it reduces the wash to an hour and thirty minutes! I bought the washing machine for the quick wash option so i was not impressed and even returned...

Having had a Miele for 12 years, very disappointed with the Zanussi. Very long cycles and the short cycle is over an hour and does not clean as well as my 15 minute cycle I had on the Miele. It is also very noisy. Overall very disappointed
