Failed to work out the bugs.

During installation there were many technical tweaks that we're required to get the camera up and running. Spent wasted time on internet reading up on how to fix software issues. Finally returned camera after the ipsurvaillance software failed to link...

Cheap for the picture quality.....

Motion recording disfunctional, Installation software had to be updated before it worked. Tech support hard to reach, (they were having technical difficulties w/phones [go figure])

Haven't found a lot. If pushed, I'd say the picture quality.

Compatibility, unreliable, tech support, unwieldy software, audio is poor, could go on and on.....and on.
