The software keeps re-setting my audio settings when I start it up. Very annoying. Audio is pretty low quality, almost have to be right in front of the cam for it to pick anything audible up. Also, on occasion (I haven't found the reason for this yet)...

I got this cam from my brother and got very disappointed - the pic quality very bad, blurry and ; I barely see anything at night time when the light is not bright

I would rather pay couple dollars more to get a better pixel web cam - 1.3M at least

Great product but it does not fit my current laptop computer. Clip is not "tensioned" to fit all laptop covers--keeps gliding off. Excellent pictures while chatting! Passed it on to another friend who may benefit better.
