Good product for the price

HD definition (1280 x 720p), h.264 video compression. For the amount of money you are paying, this is a GREAT camera. Wireless is B/G/N, which is a plus to connect to my router (I had a lot of headaches with my old cameras because they were only B/G).

Web interface does not work on Google Chrome, performs poorly on Mozilla Firefox. No optical zoom (but remember that this camera is an entry model for Pan/Tilt models, so... you can't ask much more as this is NOT a PTZ, only PT camera)

Placed RMA request with company on 10/07/2013. Foscam finally contacted me on 10/18/2013 and asked for my receipt which I provided. It is now 10/31/2013 and they have still not forwarded an RMA. Newegg has since refused to help. Will have to go through...

Very buggy

Worst problem is that it crashes the video drivers of many computers when accessing the camera video. Second worst is that without an app there's no way to view the video on an iPad or iPhone. I've read of similar problems with crashing video drivers...

Wifi problems

Wouldn't connect to wifi and the app isn't much better than the camera, if you wish to record to the sd card using the app then the app has to be permanently on, if it isn't then the record function stops, I returned this item because of this

WiFi camera?NOPE...

It's is a good camera, with good quality picture,nicely built etc. DOWNSIDE - FORGET ABOUT WIFI CONNECTION. Just wasted my money on it. Good if you want to use it in same room with your router tho
