Everything works great with the camera and is an excellent product for security etc. It does not offer a web broadcasting service such as that available with the icam. TeckNet did offer a refund for return and stated Amazon were asked to change the...

Set-up software doesn't work with Vista

Camera works fine, picture quality isn't that great but OK considering the price. Note that the software provided on the CD doesn't work with Vista, I had to get out my old XP laptop to set it up - then it can be accessed by Vista PCs
