Highly recommend getting the additional battery pack to double your standby life.

I've been using APC UPS's for the better part of 5 years without any real major issues with the units themselves. I have had a nearly flawless experience with APC and I continue to use these UPS in both my home and work enviornments ; Currently, I have...

PowerChute is an absolutely atrocious piece of software. Why does this STILL require .NET 2.x? Seems like it hasn't been updated in YEARS. Come on guys need to match the excellent hardware design with some quality software. This is my only...

Every I expected and more!

If you have a serious gaming rig like I do this is a must. The power in my house is not able to keep up with the demands of my computer and it's 1500 watt power supply. I tried 2 different APC UPS's before this one and they could not handle the load of...

Slim ; Sturdy ; Easy to understand and use ; Many plug options

Easy to setup

I purchased this in May of 2012. The first one I received was DOA. The replacement unit just died today August, 29th, 2013. Both were internal hardware failures, not related to the battery. Quality control

Chuggin along

LCD is informative ; Had this baby running for almost a year now, keeps my machine up when the power fluctuates

Doesn't make you dinner

Nice unit, good price

Buyer beware.... This is not an RS unit so please be careful when selecting it. There are certain upgrades in the 1500VA RS model that this doesn't have. Mind you I bought this for personal use, so I am not holding against anyone other than myself for...

Works well, AVR is a must for equipment these days. Replaceable battery

None yet. A lot of negative feedback about phone service if you poke about, but I haven't experienced this problem

I did mount mine up off the floor to keep excessive dust out of it and for easy cleaning

easy to set up ; love the led display ; worth the money for the peace of mind

The plugs on the back are to close together to plug some transformers into so I had to use a power strip. Also some transformers also have the male plug at different angles so these too had to be plugged into the power strip ; And this isn't really a...

Not built to last

LCD display is informative. When it worked it keep the equipment protected and running during short-term power outages

Unit worked for almost 2 years, then just shut itself off completely. It won't even function as a surge protector and/or PDU

Peace of Mind

I live in an old apartment building with wonky power, and after some frightening power spikes I felt the need to protect my equipment. I really had no ideas which unit I'd need, so I played it safe and went for the 1300. Installation of the hardware...

I'm sure this will provide hours and days and years of equipment protection. APC is a trusted brand. You pay for what you get.

Ordered this on a Sunday. Arrived that Tuesday! Wow! That was quick

UPS guy had to use a hand cart. This joker's heavy. Not a downside, though

Agama V-1300 on Macintosh Snow Leopard

As Always...NEWEGG ROCKS... They only sell the thing, they didn't design it. I buy 90% of my tech at NewEgg and they never let me down.

Worked out of the box with iChat. Plugged it in and it connected up and worked

Horrible Picture, at least on a Macintosh. I have a Mac Pro with a 30 inch Mac monitor and no built in camera. This thing says on the front of the box 1.3MP Webcam. No matter what I did it only seemed to work in 640x480 mode. I even adjusted the...
