jWin says it works with Win2000 - It doesn't

 

I know, I know, Windows 2000 is a thing of the past - but I am trying to work with someone who can't afford to upgrade AND jWin said it would work - ugh! Glad it didn't cost too much

Called jwin to confirm this camera will work with Win 2000 - The pdf manual says it does - at the end of the manual. No Win 2000 drivers AND none on their website to download

The box lists a minimum requirement of Mac OS 10.4 or higher, but this product does not work on a Mac. The Specs state this is for a PC or a laptop- What does compatibility with a laptop mean? Apparently this means this product does not work on a Mac....
