Very incompatible with many computers when it says it is. I have tried it with all 3 computers (2 running Windows XP, and 1 running Windows Vista) and found it terrible. The software help on their website was hopeless and the product has never worked...

this is a very good value and good quality picture and full clear instuctions and all nessesary software if needed i use it on Skpe and it is great

Low but just acceptable quality for webcam IM, ie Skype & Yahoo Messenger. \n \nBought it as a trial for IM getting to know you, it works OK under XP, but no good for larger than 320x240. As expected. \n \nValue for money, yes, but remember it's low...
