The Panasonic BB-HCM581 features controllable pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) allowing you to control the camera remotely over the local network (LAN) or internet. It has a large 21x optical zoom which is ideal for monitoring distant objects clearly. It also supports two-way audio, meaning you can listen in on sounds near the camera and also communicate with people in the vicinity. It includes a Color Night View Mode, allowing the camera to capture full color images in low light conditions down to 0.09 lux. It comes with a CCD imaging sensor for sharp image quality and will display images at resolutions of 640x480 (VGA) at speeds of up to 30 frames per second across all supported resolutions.
