not too bad

There are better cameras out there, but it is a good deal if you want to use it at home for night vision. The trendnet software makes it worthwhile. You can also buy an additional IR illuminator to improve your night vision.

It's pretty dependable. It has a lot of software features to work with. The trendnet IP video software is actually quite good for a free version. The night vision is impressive at a close distance

The camera runs quite hot. The daytime vision has poor color reproduction. The night vision is doesn't extend very far, though this is common with IR IP low end cameras

ok but not as expected

night shots look as day

does what it needs to do but picture is not as good. also responce time is a little slow. i bought a $79 ip camera and it looks 10 times better but lacks the night shot. if i had to identify some one they would have to be perty close

Red Ring of Fear

I had to return the camera to NewEgg. I am opting for the Panasonic BB-HCM311A from NewEgg instead with the low lux CCD. I hope it will work better for my purpose... I will write a review for those interested when it arrives.

Pretty good quality and easy setup

I bought the camera to view my child in the crib at night. The main problem is that the ring of LEDs are red and not infrared. They are very creepy to look at in the dark. It just won't work for my purpose

Only worked for a few minutes

Hard to tell. Didn't last long enough to make a proper evaluation. Was reasonably easy to set up, seemed to perform as expected (while it was working at all)

Died after less than an hour of use. Ran very very hot (painful to touch)

unit gets quite warm but this does not seem to effect perforamnce. The comment above that support is non-existant is close to correct, they are rude too.

There are really none compared to other products

I receive that camera and though it functioned in JPEG mode it did not in MPEG4 mode. Calling TrendNet put me to a level one tech who could not help and new little about the product, i had to email level 2 rep. After 24 hours I called back and they had...

Overpriced - No support

Users must have an account (you can share guest account/password).

Decent quality picture once the manual focus is completed. Good mounting options. Solid construction

Tech support from the manufacturer is close to non-existant. I could not get the email feature to work. I had no trouble with that feature on a precious webcam that broke. The software is a bit dated. Must direct connect the camera to set it up on the...
