we've had exccellent reliability with the other Vivotek cams here.... especially those supported by QNAP and Blue Iris systems ; this one is going to be installed at a receiving dock in a truck warehouse.... we expect to have it working right off ;...

wasn't sure about this brand but it's really holds its own against supposedly higher end brands i've used in the past.

I purchased 4 of these cameras about 4 months ago. I've used other brands but this camera has been the best out door bullet i've used to date. easy to install and great image

make sure you know what your doing or at least have a competent IT person to set this camera up to get the best results
