Nice Web Camera for the Price!

Overall, this is a very good webcam unless you are going to webcam and voice chat one and one at the same time. Post-scan photo editor is a bit difficult to use but you get used to it.

Sharp still images ; Make custom images with artwork, borders etc ; Nice for video and voice chat ; Easy to install ; Glass lense, not plastic ; Durable ; Bult in speaker ; LightRight Technology heps make a pic taken in low-light conditions look good

Not a very good image over a DSL connection when video/voic chatting with others ; Adjustable "leg" for monitor is difficult to position ; Gets jerked off monitor easily

A piece of wood would be more effective!

This was a promotional gift from Staples and they should be embarrassed that they gave this away to people who spend $1000's of dollars with them. It doesn't work at all. Hope no one actually paid for this.

Logitech Webcam C300

Bought this camera to stay in touch with our daughters who are at differnet Universities. So far it does all that it promised and keeps my wife happy in that she can talk to and see the girls giving her peace of mind. Recommended

Great webcam for linux

The webcam works great under opensuse 11.3, was immediately available for vidoe chat in kopete and skype. Seems to give a good video, no problems so far. Also worked fine with the gnome webcam program cheese after logging out and logging in again.
