It is now 9 days since I emailed this company for help with setting up the camera. Since then no reply. For me 1 star is too much for this product as it has been my worst ever buy as I have not been given the necessary customer support to get it...

Very solid and well made. easy to set up. get very clear pictures, day or night, with time and date. a very efficient cctv type security system and worth the money - easily set-up without the need for engineers.

If you want an IP Network Camera and you have a Mac, up until recently, you had little chance of success as most IP Cameras used ActiveX which is not available on a Mac. Enter the Y-Cam which DOES work on a Mac. It's a little pricey compared to others...
