Gamertell Review: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 for Wii

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 represents all that is good and all that is bad about the Nintendo Wii.

About as intense as a Wii game can get, decent multiplayer, excellent use of Wii controls

Poor framerates despite the somewhat muddy graphics, some lag issues in multiplayer, hero-machismo dumbs down the story in parts, despite decent acting

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3

Though the engine is beginning to show its age, Modern Warfare 3 sports an impressive amount of polish in both in visuals and its sound. Regardless of the few hiccups along the way, Modern Warfare 3's slick presentation does its job.

The trainer also gives you access to options like super speed and jump, which allows you to speed past some of the game's tougher sections if you feel like it.

The Consensus: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare -- Reflex Edition

Modern Warfare: Ugly Bad Control Edition.

All levels from original still intact; you can completely remap your controls; multiplayer has matchmaking

Controls a constant hassle; playing with friends requires codes; garish at times, with technical problems to boot

Modern Warfare may have finally found its way to the Wii, but I wish the original console controls had made the jump as well. Instead, Wii players get a game that forces heavy reliance on aim-assist (especially in multiplayer). The ultimate battle is...
