Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop

Like watching Dawn of the Dead on basic cable. Killing zombies in videogames is as natural as mixing chocolate with peanut butter. In 2006 Capcom capitalized on this by creating...

Mowing down zombies ; Tons of weapons ; Solid controls

Graphics are disappointing ; Frank cannot jump ; Photography portion is absent

Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop

While game enthusiasts often lament the Wii's comparative lack of hardcore games - and parents praise it for that very same reason - Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop isn't about to make either party particularly happy.

Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop is a remake of last year's critical hit, Dead Rising on Xbox 360.

Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop

A Frankenstein monster that is one part Resident Evil and one part Dead Rising.

Good Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition controls ; Contains the full Dead Rising mission set, and then some

Too linear, with downgraded sandbox gameplay ; Visually unappealing

Star Fox Adventures says hi.

Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop

Rotten flesh has never been more pixilated.

Newcomers might not know the difference, but those who have experienced the game's previous incarnation will find Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop jarringly neutered. In many ways, thanks to the changes made to the basic mode of progression, it doesn't...

Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop Re..

Wii gets Dead Rising table scraps.

Judged as a game separate from the original 360 version, Chop Till You Drop offers some entertaining, mindless zombie killing action

If you have played the original - even for five minutes - this game doesn't compare

Still, if you ignore the Xbox 360 version and judge this game on its own, it's not quite as bad as pre-release hype built it up to be. Could it have been better? Easily. An unoptimized engine, extremely easy boss fights, and bad visuals (in and out of...

Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop Game Review - Nintendo Wii

The main campaign of Chop Till You Drop is largely on the easy side on the normal difficulty, which the choice of difficulty is one of the new additions that may be welcome for many. Bosses are fairly easy to defeat with a good stock of bullets and...

You just own the Wii and are desperate for something that's more like what you can find on the Xbox 360 or PS3

You don't want to pay for sloppy seconds but still want to see what they are like

The main reason you would really considering trying out Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop is if you only own the Wii or have the Xbox 360 version and want to try out this somewhat remixed version of the original. It’s a decent port that does a good job...

Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop Wii Review

Ported from the Capcom Xbox 360 title, this zombie apocalypse takes place in a big mall filled to the absolute brim with stuff just begging to be turned into bloody bludgeoning tools. Let's check it out.

Dead Rising does work well enough to keep the game on the side of right side of the boredom/fun divide, but maybe the Xbox version ruined the port for me.

Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop Review

Chop Till You Drop isn't a game you'll play till you drop

Very hard to recommend. It's certainly better than not playing Dead Rising at all but should not be considered for purchase. A rental at best, Chop Till You Drop isn't a game you'll play till you drop.

Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop

Has any game in history ever been bashed as badly as Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop? It's one thing for a game to get bad reviews after the final build is sent out to reviewers, but the situatio...

Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop (Wii)

From the first time it was shown, Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop didn't exactly receive a warm welcome from the press. Most observers immediately and justifiably compared the game to its inspiration -- 2006's Dead Rising on the Xbox 360 -- and found...
