Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince

He may be successful in literature and film, but Harry Potter has needed remedial video game education for years. Failing to grasp the concepts of pacing and entertainment, Harry\'s previous forays into gaming have more dark blemishes than a Death...

In the months after the Wii's launch, as it exploded in popularity and consoles flew off the shelves, I breathed a sigh of relief. As a Nintendo fan I'd hoped that the company could pull itself out of the dismal GameCube failure, and with such a...

Deadly Creatures is one of those cool, quirky games that you miss the first time around. Its status as a unique collectors item makes it worth the price alone, and inside you’ll find the perfect Wii concept game. It’s easy enough for casual players to...

Deadly Creatures - Wii review at Thunderbolt Games

They're watching you. They‘re not easy to spot, but they‘re there. Staring. Waiting. Maybe you'll get lucky and catch them in the act. But chances are, you'll never see them coming. In fact, you'll probably feel them first; a slight tingly or itchy...

Deadly Creatures Review

Unless you just can't get enough of mini-game collections, lame licensed titles, neutered ports, and fitness “games” then your Wii library probably doesn't stand more than 12 games tall. Don't get me wrong, I love the Wii when it gets it right—No More...

Deadly Creatures is not a perfect experience; there are the aforementioned control hiccups and the camera can get kind of crazy in close quarters combat. It’s also too easy to get turned around and lost in some of the darker underground environments—a...

There are not too many games about bugs, or even more specific, Arachnids. So as a nice change of pace, Rainbow Studios has provided a new Wii game, which is coincidentally a nice change of pace for them and on the console which is also a nice change...

Chalk up another solid Wii title.

A Creepy, Crawly, Unique Experience

It seemed okay when I played it at NYCC, the boss fight with the snake was pretty fun. I'd play it again, but $50 is a bit steep I think

Deadly Creatures

For an industry once plagued by anthropomorphized cartoon mascots platforming across pastel-colored wonderlands, Deadly Creatures by Rainbow Studios (creator of several motorcross/ATV-oriented games in the past, like MX vs. ATV Untamed) takes several...

Deadly Creatures

"Deadly Creatures" is finally here and after all of the surrounding hype, it definitely lives up to it's name.

Impressive visuals ; Grotesque and realistic sound effects ; Perfect difficulty with what seems like no curve ; Epic boss fights ; Very unique gaming experience

Completely incomprehensible story ; Could be a bit longer ; No replay value

I highly recommend this game to anyone with an open mind and a serious craving for crazy platforming action. As usual, rent before you buy if you're unsure, but I'm certain that most people wont be disappointed by this awesome piece of work.

Graphics problems

Surprisingly, the Wii remote doesn't factor a lot into the gameplay. The scorpion can perform finishing moves that require basic motions like moving the Wii remote or Nunchuck left, right, up or down, while special attacks are handled with similar...

Deadly Creatures Review

Deadly Creatures is fantastic for everyone besides arachnophobes.

Deadly Creatures should renew your interest in your Nintendo Wii if you've had a falling out recently with the lack of titles to play. It's fun for all ages and packs a thrilling rollercoaster of a ride till you finally complete the storyline.
