Many varied, recognizable levels, Wonderful Disney/Pixar remixes, Choosing your own adventure with the Level Playlist

Only six worlds?!, Repetitive combat, 20+ year old Disneyana is underrepresented

Small World, Indeed

Seeing numerous callbacks to Disney films in each level.

Not having my oldest son around to play co-op with me.

The costumes really don't have any unique abilities?

+ Wacky action-puzzling equals fun for gamers of all ages., + Cartoon co-op was never this competitive.

Good multiplayer co-op has a surprising amount of violence.

Parents need to know that Disney Universe is a frenetic beat-em-up game that can feel surprisingly harsh as a Disney property. The majority of the gameplay consists of chaotic battles, with loads of smacking, shooting, throwing, and exploding going on...

Disney Universe

Universally simple and repetitive, the Disney magic doesn't last long

Easy to play; well-done movie-themed worlds; great variety of costumes; up to four players; animals you can ride and attack with; many puzzles to solve in every level.

Poor camera angles; same floating box used for power-ups/bonuses is confusing; power-ups sometimes useless and frustrating; very repetitive level and enemy formulas; multi-player too chaotic to follow.

Disney Universe Review

A few levels are fun and clever, Enemies exhibit some crafty behavior

Boring on your own, Too chaotic with a full party, Lacks true Disney character, No online co-op, Minigames are highly repetitive
